About the role

The Director of Front Office is responsible for leading all Front Office and Guest Services

operations, ensuring exceptional luxury experiences that reflect Four Seasons standards. The role

oversees Front Desk, Guest Services, Bell and Door Operations, Transportation Services, and all

guest arrival and departure experiences.

As the leader of all guest-facing operations, the Director drives guest satisfaction, employee

engagement, revenue enhancement, and operational excellence while creating personalized and

memorable experiences for every guest. Reporting to the Director of Rooms. the position

collaborates closely with all department leaders to ensure seamless resort operations and an

outstanding guest journey

What you will do

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the Front Office team, including:

o Front Desk Manager

o Night Manager

o Resort Assistant Managers

o Front Desk Supervisors

o Front Desk Agents

o Bell & Door Team (Guest services)

o Valet /Taxi Operations

o Transportation Team (Water trans)

• Create a culture of service excellence consistent with Four Seasons standards.

• Conduct regular leadership meetings and daily operational briefings.

• Develop succession plans for key positions.

• Monitor individual and departmental performance.

• Ensure compliance with all Four Seasons policies and procedures.

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives.

• Develop future leaders through coaching and career development plans

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of luxury hotel experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior Front Office leadership role.
  • Prior experience with luxury brands strongly preferred.
