About the location:

What will you do:

  • Provide service under the supervision of the shift engineer, carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of hotel facilities, guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and mechanical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance issues as assigned.
  • Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and ensure issues are resolved efficiently with minimal disruption to the guest experience.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, and building systems to identify and rectify potential problems.
  • Maintain water systems, pumps, valves, fixtures, and other mechanical components to ensure optimal operation.

What you bring:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a General Mechanic, Maintenance Technician, or similar role in a five-star hotel, luxury hospitality environment or commercial building.
  • Experience in preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting various building systems.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting and general maintenance.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Good command of the English language
