About the location:

Located in the heart of Back Bay, Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston's glass skyscraper soars above the city as the third-tallest building in Boston. The hotel's 215 spacious guest rooms and suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows with sweeping views across the city. Amenities include The Wellness Floor, a five-star urban spa destination; distinctive dining venues including LPM Restaurant & Bar, inspired by the vibrant spirit of the French and Italian Riviera; Trifecta, the hotel's cocktail lounge featuring artisanal cocktails, New England-inspired fare, and contemporary afternoon tea on weekends; Zuma, the internationally acclaimed izakaya-style restaurant; and more than 10,000 square feet of dedicated meeting and event space. One Dalton is also home to 160 beautifully designed private residences that boast views of Back Bay, the Charles River, Boston Harbor, and beyond.

About the role:

Be part of the team behind some of the most memorable events at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston. As a Banquet House Attendant, you'll help transform event spaces for everything from elegant weddings to high-profile corporate gatherings, ensuring every detail is perfectly in place for an exceptional guest experience.

What you will do:

  • Set up and break down banquet spaces, including tables, chairs, buffets, linens, and event decor
  • Stock and organize china, glassware, silverware, linens, and banquet supplies for service
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of banquet function spaces before, during, and after events
  • Transport and organize meeting materials, equipment, and event supplies throughout the hotel
  • Work collaboratively with banquet and hotel teams to deliver seamless events and exceptional guest experiences

What you bring:

  • Previous banquet, hospitality, food and beverage, or event setup experience preferred
  • Ability to lift, move, and transport furniture, equipment, and event materials safely
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high presentation standards
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Work authorization: Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.
