Join Our Pool & Beach Team at Four Seasons Bahrain Bay

We are seeking an energetic and service-oriented Pool & Beach Server to create exceptional dining experiences for guests enjoying our poolside and beachfront facilities. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in delivering personalized service in a luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive food and beverage service to guests at the pool and beach areas.
  • Greet guests warmly, present menus, take orders, and offer recommendations.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and quality standards.
  • Monitor guest needs and proactively anticipate requests to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all pool and beach service stations.
  • Set up and replenish towels, amenities, beverage stations, and dining areas as required.
  • Process guest checks and handle cashless transactions in accordance with company procedures.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the Pool & Beach, Culinary, and Stewarding teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Report guest feedback, concerns, or maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, preferably in a resort, beach club, or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent guest service attitude with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor environment and under varying weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry service trays safely.
