Sur notre propriété à Bora Bora:

Île privée (motu) composée uniquement de suites à Bora Bora. Le Resort de luxe est composé de 108 spacieux bungalows sur l’eau, 7 villas en bord de mer, un spa-cathédrale et 5 restaurants qui offrent une expérience unique et inoubliable à nos clients dans cette idylle bordée de sable blanc au cœur de la Polynésie française.

Sur le poste:

Sous la Responsabilité du Chef Exécutif et du Sous-Chef Exécutif, le/la Sous-Chef·fe est en charge de la gestion du service et des équipes de la Cuisine er reporte au Sous-Chef Exécutif.

Ce que vous ferez:

  • aider à la préparation, la production et l’envoi des plats
  • garantir la qualité, le goût, la quantité et la présentation de chaque plat qui sort de la cuisine
  • vérifier les stocks dans le respect des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaires
  • assurer les commandes et réquisitions
  • superviser tous les salariés qui lui sont assignés, des planning à la formation en passant par le disciplinaire et les évaluations annuelles
  • travailler en collaboration avec les autres Managers du Resort pour répondre au mieux aux attentes des clients.

Ce que vous apporterez:

  • Une expérience significative dans un poste similaire, idéalement acquise en l’hôtellerie de luxe
  • De bonnes connaissances des techniques de la cuisine française et internationale
  • De bonnes connaissances en hygiène et sécurité alimentaires (HACCP)
  • De solides compétences en Management
  • Des qualités humaines qui correspondent à notre règle d’or
  • Une sensibilité culturelle et des capacités d’adaptation
