Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Stagiaire Finance (H/F) motivé(e), rigoureux(se) et passionné(e) par l’univers de l’hôtellerie de luxe.

Vous êtes à la recherche d’un stage de fin d’études et avez déjà acquis une première expérience en finance, comptabilité ou contrôle de gestion, idéalement dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie. Vous souhaitez découvrir le fonctionnement financier d’un Palace de renommée internationale et évoluer au sein du groupe Four Seasons.

Votre rôle :

Au sein du département Finance, vous accompagnerez l’équipe dans ses activités quotidiennes et participerez activement au suivi financier de l’établissement. Votre polyvalence, votre sens de l’organisation et votre esprit d’analyse vous permettront d’intervenir sur plusieurs domaines clés.

Vos missions :

Pôles Comptabilités Fournisseurs

  • La saisie et règlement des factures.
  • Le classement et archivage des pièces comptables.
  • La participation active aux clôtures mensuelles.
  • Le rapprochement des factures fournisseurs avec les bons de commande et les bon de livraison.
  • La saisie des factures fournisseurs dans le logiciel comptable suivant la nature de la charge.

Pôle Comptabilité Générale

  • La saisie des pièces de caisse.
  • La gestion des notes de frais.
  • La réconciliation des encaissements en cartes de crédit.
  • Les rapprochements bancaires.
  • Le suivi et traitements des offerts et voids Pôle Income Audit.
  • La liaison avec les services opérationnels pour le suivi des comptes clients et les encaissements.
  • La garantie du bon suivi des encours clients.

Profil recherché :

  • Étudiant(e) en école de commerce ou de management hôtelier.
  • Connaissance de l’hôtellerie de luxe
  • Autonomie, Rigueur, précision, organisation et attention aux détails
  • Capacités d'analyse et de rédaction
  • Excellente Maîtrise du Pack Office notamment Excel
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et oral)
