What makes it stand out is how it connects all these touchpoints, from the moment someone buys a ticket to what they spend at the bar, generating cross-referenced data that lets owners see exactly which events perform best, which customer profiles spend the most, which promoters actually deliver, and where money is being left on the table.

The result: smarter decisions, less manual work, tighter control over the business, and a smoother experience for both staff and guests.

Your Mission

In just two years, Fourvenues has grown 3x year on year in Italy, and we are looking for the person who will help us take it further.

To continue growing in Italy, we are looking for an Account Executive with deep roots in the Italian nightlife industry, someone who does not need to learn the market from scratch, because they have been part of it. If you are driven by ambition, ownership and a genuine passion for the industry, we would love to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing

Sales & Business Development

  • Join a dedicated Italian market team of 4 people — AE, AM, SDR and a local specialist — working together to grow Fourvenues' presence across Italy
  • Drive revenue growth across the Italian market by managing deals from qualification to close
  • Leverage your existing network in the Italian nightlife, events and hospitality industry to open doors and accelerate pipeline
  • Work alongside our Italian SDR, who will qualify inbound and outbound leads — your focus is converting and closing
  • Identify new business opportunities through your industry knowledge, referrals and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across nightclubs, beach clubs, festivals and promoters in Italy

Commercial Execution

  • Prepare and deliver demos, presentations and proposals tailored to each client and market context
  • Lead negotiations and close deals aligned with ACV targets
  • Adapt messaging and approach to the specific dynamics of the Italian market
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data throughout the sales cycle

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

  • Provide structured feedback on the Italian market — competitive landscape, product gaps, client needs — to inform product and go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and the Account Management team to ensure a smooth handover post-sale
  • Stay close to industry trends, key players and new opportunities in Italy

Presence & Availability

  • This is a field role. Expect to travel nationally on a regular basis to meet prospects and clients in person
  • The Italian nightlife industry runs at night and on weekends — the right candidate understands and embraces this reality

Your profile

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, technology or the nightlife and events industry
  • Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets
  • Direct experience in or strong knowledge of the Italian nightlife, festival or hospitality sector — this is a meaningful differentiator, not a nice-to-have
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders

Languages

  • Italian — native
  • English and/or Spanish — professional level highly valued

Skills & Mindset

  • Strong existing network within the Italian nightlife and events industry
  • High autonomy and ownership — you manage your pipeline and your market independently
  • Resilient and results-oriented — you perform under pressure and stay focused on outcomes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Adaptability and cultural awareness across different client profiles
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with evolving priorities

Tools

  • CRM experience (HubSpot or similar)
  • Google Workspace
  • Standard sales and communication tools
