Fox Subacute is a 55-bed specialty care facility providing high-acuity care for clinically complex residents, including respiratory and ventilator-dependent individuals. Job Overview

Fox Subacute at Mechanicsburg is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dynamic clinical team. We offer flexible scheduling options, competitive wages, and facility-provided IV certification to support your professional growth.

Schedule & Compensation Highlights

  • Competitive hourly pay: $28.00 – $36.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Shift differentials available for evenings and nights
  • 12-hour shift options (3 shifts per week available)
  • Flexible scheduling, including weekend-only or no-weekend options
  • Manageable patient ratios

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Accurately document care and observations using PointClickCare
  • Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes
  • Assist with emergency situations in a calm, timely, and professional manner
  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, respiratory therapists, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Support a person-centered approach that respects resident dignity and preferences

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Current Pennsylvania LPN License in good standing
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to remain effective during high-acuity or emergency situations
  • Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Commitment to high-quality, resident-centered nursing care
