Afin de renforcer notre présence sur le marché des professionnels et des entreprises, nous recherchons un(e) Business Developer Non Retail.Véritable partenaire du réseau d'agences, vous contribuez activement au développement de la clientèle non retail en accompagnant les agences dans la prospection, la détection d'opportunités et la conquête de nouveaux clients.Votre missionEn tant que Business Developer Non Retail, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les agences afin d'accélérer le développement du portefeuille de clients professionnels et entreprises.Grâce à votre expertise commerciale et à votre connaissance du marché, vous identifiez de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires, accompagnez les équipes dans leur démarche commerciale et contribuez à l'atteinte des objectifs de croissance de Foyer.Vos responsabilités• Prospection commerciale en support des agenceso Identifier de nouveaux prospects.o Aider les agences à effectuer des appels, emails, rendez-vous et actions de networking.o Aider les agnecs à développer un portefeuille clients non retail.• Analyse des besoins d'un client non retailo Comprendre les enjeux et problématiques du client.o Réaliser un diagnostic de ses besoins via un bilan pro.o Identifier les opportunités de vente.• Présentation et négociation des offreso Concevoir des propositions commerciales adaptées.o Présenter avec les agences les solutions à l'entreprise.o Négocier les prix et conditions contractuelles.• Vente et conclusion des contratso Transformer les opportunités en contrats d'assurances.o Assurer le suivi des négociations jusqu'à la signature du contrat.o Atteindre les objectifs de production.• Relation avec les agenceso Construire, puis maintenir une relation de confiance avec les agences.o Assurer un suivi régulier.o Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de développement (cross-selling, upselling).Votre profil• Formation supérieure en commerce, assurance, gestion ou domaine équivalent.• Expérience réussie dans le développement commercial, idéalement dans les secteurs de l'assurance, de la banque ou des services.• Forte orientation résultats et goût prononcé pour le développement commercial.• Excellentes capacités relationnelles et de négociation.• Esprit d'équipe et aptitude à travailler dans un environnement collaboratif.• Autonomie, proactivité et sens de l'initiative.• Bonne compréhension des enjeux liés à la clientèle professionnelle et entreprises.• Maitrise du français et de l'anglais ; tout autre langue est un atout.Nous offrons :• Vous bénéficierez, entre autres, des avantages suivants • Un environnement de travail multiculturel, apprenant et innovant,• Un système d'horaire flexible & de télétravail• Un restaurant d'entreprise à tarif préférentiel,• Une salle de sport avec coach,• Une conciergerie.
