En tant que Chargée de gestion Grands Comptes - Employee Benefits, vous rejoindrez l'équipe back-office Vie Groupe.Vos missions: Gestion de clients Grands Comptes Vie Groupe:• Vous assumez la gestion quotidienne des plans en Defined Benefits (Book Reserves etc.)• Vous assumez la gestion quotidienne des Grands Comptes (renouvellements annuels, entrées/sorties, calculs des droits acquis)• Vous effectuez la tarification des offres non standards Gestion actuarielle / reporting techniques et légaux Vie Groupe• Vous participez aux études de rentabilité du portefeuille existant et des offres• Vous effectuez les reportings légaux (PENCOM…)• Vous éditez les Certificats de Déductibilité Fiscale à destination de l'IGSS• Vous participez aux clôtures trimestrielles (vérification des réserves en Taux Garanti et Unités de Comptes, décomptes de réassurance, provisions de sinistres)• Vous êtes en charge du développement et de l'optimisation des processus de reportings• Vous suivez et participez activement aux projets transverses Votre profil : • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme BAC+5 ou équivalent en actuariat, mathématiques, statistiques ou diplôme d'ingénieur• Vous avez au moins 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en assurance Vie (Vie Groupe de référence)• Dynamique, rigoureux et doté d'un esprit logique, vous avez une approche pragmatique et vous vous montrez à l'aise avec les chiffres.• Vous avez un excellent esprit d'analyse et de synthèse• Vous avez le sens de l'organisation et aimez travailler en équipe• Vous êtes doté d'une aisance relationnelle et avez le sens du service à la clientèle.• Vous maîtrisez Excel et Word et avez de bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques en général• Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais.
