Chargé(e) de Mission - Marché belge (H/F/X)Sur un marché de plus en plus concurrentiel, le Groupe Foyer reste fidèle à ses valeurs : Confiance, Excellence, Innovation, Intégrité et Indépendance.Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités sur le marché belge, le/la Chargé(e) de Mission joue un rôle clé dans le suivi des projets en étroite collaboration avec le Product Owner, il/elle sera l'interface entre le métier, l'IT et les Opérations. Il/elle est l'adjoint à la Direction des Opérations du Marché belge et du Département Commercial et Marketing. Il/elle est le lien avec la Direction de la Transformation sur tous les aspects opérationnels liés aux projets.Il/elle joue un rôle clé dans la définition des roadmap et suivi budgétaire, de la conception à la mise en œuvre de solutions (IT et organisationnelles) adaptées aux enjeux locaux en travaillant main dans la main avec le Product Manager.Vos responsabilités:- Adjoint à la Direction des Opérations MB et assistance au Commercial.- Suivi des Projets en collaboration avec le Product Owner.- Lien avec la Direction de la Transformation et avec la Direction Informatique.- Aider le Product Manager dans la définition et le pilotage de la roadmap.- Suivre les indicateurs de performance (KPI). Faciliter la prise de décision rapide et éclairée dans un environnement en évolution.- Cartographie des risques et suivi des incidents : identifier et anticiper les risques.- Communiquer étroitement avec les équipes IT et Operations.- Suivi des recommandations de l'audit interne : implémentation des actions correctives ainsi que lien avec les équipes opérationnelles.- Suivi de l'ensemble des projet transversaux (succursale marché belge) avec les équipes en interne.- En étroite collaboration avec le reporting, suivre les budgets (ressources informatiques, ressources externes, licence IT, …) établi par celui-ci.Votre profil- Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme supérieur à orientation informatique, économie, finance assurances, gestion de projet ou domaine équivalent.- Vous disposez au minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans le milieu assurantiel, idéalement dans une fonction similaire – une solide connaissance technique de l'assurance IARD est souhaitable.- Vous maîtrisez le français. La connaissance de l'anglais et du néerlandais est un avantage.- Vous avez développé d'excellentes capacités de communication et de coordination.- Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé et avez le sens du résultat, vous êtes maître dans la planification.- Vous avez une haute capacité d'écoute et une réelle orientation client.- Vous faites preuve d'assertivité.
