Compliance Officer (H/F)Sur un marché de plus en plus concurrentiel, le Groupe Foyer reste fidèle à ses valeurs : Confiance, Excellence, Innovation, Intégrité et Indépendance.Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités en Assurance Vie Individuelle et Vie Groupe, nous recherchons un(e) Compliance Officer (H/F) afin de renforcer notre dispositif de conformité et d'accompagner les enjeux réglementaires de l'activité. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre du cadre de conformité, notamment en matière de lutte contre le blanchiment de capitaux et le financement du terrorisme (AML/CFT).Vos responsabilités :• Assurer la conformité opérationnelle aux réglementations AML/CFT applicables au secteur de l'assurance vie.• Analyser les dossiers clients lors de l'entrée en relation ainsi que lors des opérations effectuées sur les contrats.• Participer à la mise en œuvre des plans de revue et de remédiation du portefeuille clients.• Préparer, documenter et présenter les dossiers soumis aux comités d'acceptation.• Conseiller et accompagner les équipes dans l'application des règles et procédures de conformité.• Exécuter des contrôles réguliers de conformité et identifier les éventuels dysfonctionnements.• Piloter et réaliser les contrôles de second niveau dans le cadre du plan de contrôle Compliance.• Contribuer activement aux projets liés à la conformité, notamment en matière d'AML/CFT.• Participer à la rédaction et à l'amélioration des procédures et modes opératoires relatifs à la conformité.• Assister le Head of Compliance dans la préparation des reportings destinés aux instances dirigeantes et aux autorités de contrôle.• Être force de proposition dans une démarche d'amélioration continue et participer à la mise en œuvre des actions retenues.Votre profil :• Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master en Économie, Droit, Finance ou équivalent.• Vous justifiez d'au moins 5 années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire en conformité.• Vous maîtrisez la réglementation européenne et luxembourgeoise en matière de lutte contre le blanchiment de capitaux et le financement du terrorisme.• Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour les différents domaines de la conformité et de la gouvernance réglementaire.• Une bonne connaissance des produits d'assurance Vie Individuelle et Vie Groupe du marché luxembourgeois constitue un réel atout.• Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se), autonome et appréciez le travail en équipe.• Vous faites preuve d'initiative et savez proposer des solutions pragmatiques face aux problématiques rencontrées.• Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités de communication et êtes à l'aise avec des interlocuteurs de tous niveaux.• Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et possédez une bonne compréhension de l'anglais.• La connaissance de l'allemand et/ou du luxembourgeois constitue un avantage.Notre offre :Vous bénéficierez, entre autres, des avantages suivants :• Un environnement de travail multiculturel, apprenant et innovant.• Un système d'horaires flexible.• Un restaurant d'entreprise à tarif préférentiel.• Une salle de sport avec coach.• Une conciergerie.
