Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Conseiller Clientèle pour renforcer notre agence relais. Véritable ambassadeur de notre entreprise, vous êtes le premier point de contact de nos clients. Vous traitez leurs demandes relatives aux contrats, à l'encaissement et aux sinistres, identifiez leurs besoins et proposez des solutions d'assurance adaptées. Grâce à votre sens du service et à votre expertise, vous contribuez à leur satisfaction, à leur fidélisation ainsi qu'au développement du portefeuille de l'agence.Vos responsabilités• Assurer l'accueil téléphonique et physique des clients • Analyser les besoins et les situations des clients afin de leur apporter un conseil personnalisé • Proposer des solutions adaptées en matière de protection, de prévoyance, d'épargne et d'assurance dommages • Assurer le suivi des contrats et accompagner les clients lors de modifications contractuelles ou de la gestion de sinistres • Répondre aux demandes entrantes et veiller à leur traitement efficace dans les délais impartis • Contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs commerciaux grâce à la fidélisation des clients et au suivi des actions commerciales • Veiller au respect des réglementations, procédures internes et exigences de conformité • Réaliser les actes administratifs liés à l'activité de l'agence, y compris la rédaction des contrats.Votre profil • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de niveau Bac+3 en assurance, économie, gestion ou dans un domaine équivalent • Vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience de 1 à 3 ans dans une fonction similaire.
