Vos tâches :• L'analyse et la gestion des dossiers de remboursement, de prise en charge et des arrêts de travail• La réalisation des paiements associés• L'interaction quotidienne avec nos clients et les intermédiaires• La collaboration avec notre expert médical ou médecin conseil sur les aspects médicaux des dossiers• La contribution active à l'amélioration continue de nos processus internesVotre profil :• Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme de fin d'études supérieures de type court (BAC+3), idéalement dans le domaine des assurances.• Vous justifiez d'au moins 3 années d'expérience dans le secteur des assurances, avec une préférence pour les domaines de l'assurance santé, vie ou médical.• Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le luxembourgeois, le français et l'allemand, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
