Gestionnaire Employee Benefits - Vie Groupe (H/F/X)Sur un marché de plus en plus exigeant et concurrentiel, le Groupe Foyer reste fidèle à ses valeurs: Confiance, Excellence, Innovation, Intégrité, Indépendance. Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, Foyer Assurances recherche un(e) Gestionnaire Employee Benefits, vous rejoindrez l'équipe back-office Vie Groupe. Vos missions:• Gestion quotidienne des plans de pension• Calcul des renouvellements annuels• Gestion des entrées/sorties, calcul des droits acquis• Gestion des investissements et arbitrages en unités de compte• Gestion des demandes clients• Emission des divers certificats• Encodage des formalités médicales• Participation aux remises d'offres• Rédaction et suivi des avenants• Développement et optimisation des processus de gestion• Suivi et participation active aux projets transverses Votre profil :• Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme BAC+3 ou équivalent en économie ou finance• Vous avez une 1ère expérience en assurance Vie (Employee Benefits de préférence)• Dynamique, rigoureux et doté d'un esprit logique, vous avez une approche pragmatique et vous vous montrez à l'aise avec les chiffres• Vous avez un excellent esprit d'analyse et de synthèse• Vous avez le sens de l'organisation et aimez travailler en équipe• Vous êtes doté d'une aisance relationnelle et avez le sens du service à la clientèle• Vous maîtrisez Excel et Word et avez de bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques en général• Vous maîtrisez le français et l'anglais.
