Head of Captives & Alternative Risk Transfer Solutions (H/F/X)Au sein du groupe Foyer, premier assureur luxembourgeois indépendant, nous poursuivons notre développement sur les marchés luxembourgeois et européens en proposant des solutions innovantes de financement et de transfert des risques.Pour accompagner nos ambitions, nous recherchons un(e) Head of Captives & Alternative Risk Transfer Solutions, capable de développer et structurer une activité à forte valeur ajoutée auprès d'une clientèle d'entreprises et de groupes internationaux.Ce poste constitue une opportunité unique de combiner expertise technique, développement commercial et entrepreneuriat interne dans un environnement agile, reconnu pour sa solidité et sa capacité d'innovation. Vos missions : En tant que référent de cette activité stratégique, vous contribuez activement au développement de solutions de captives de réassurance, de captives virtuelles et plus largement de solutions d'Alternative Risk Transfer (ART).Vous intervenez sur l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur : identification des opportunités, conception des solutions, accompagnement des clients et pilotage des projets de mise en œuvre. Vos principales responsabilités• Développement commercialo Développer un portefeuille de prospects et de partenaires spécialisés.o Créer et renforcer les relations avec les courtiers, apporteurs d'affaires et acteurs du marché.o Assurer une présence régulière auprès des clients et prospects en Europe.o Construire et déployer le plan d'actions commerciales annuel.o Identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance et de diversification.• Conseil et accompagnemento Réaliser des analyses de besoins et des études de faisabilité.o Conseiller les clients dans la mise en place de solutions innovantes de transfert des risques.o Accompagner les équipes commerciales et le réseau de distribution dans l'identification et la qualification de nouvelles opportunités.o Développer la culture captive et ART au sein du Groupe.• Développement de l'activitéo Concevoir des solutions adaptées aux problématiques des clients.o Coordonner les projets avec les équipes spécialisées.o Contribuer activement à la stratégie de développement de cette ligne d'activité.Votre profil :• Diplôme universitaire de niveau Master (Bac+5), idéalement en actuariat, assurance, finance ou discipline similaire. • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction commerciale à forte dimension conseil. • Bonne compréhension des mécanismes assurantiels, de réassurance et d'actuariat. • Forte capacité à développer des relations de confiance avec des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.• Esprit entrepreneurial, orientation résultats et sens de l'innovation.• Aisance dans la gestion de projets transversaux.• Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de communication.• Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l'anglais.
