Manager Business Analysis (H/F/X)Sur un marché de plus en plus concurrentiel, le Groupe Foyer reste fidèle à ses valeurs : Confiance, Excellence, Innovation, Intégrité, Indépendance.Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons un(e) Manager Business Analysis capable de piloter, développer et faire évoluer notre équipe de Business Analysts. Véritable référent(e) métier, vous garantissez la qualité des analyses, accompagnez la montée en compétences de l'équipe et contribuez activement à la réussite des projets stratégiques de l'entreprise.Votre missionEn tant que Manager Business Analysis, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l'organisation et l'amélioration continue de la fonction Business Analysis au sein du Groupe. Vous veillez à une compréhension approfondie des besoins métiers, à l'identification des problématiques et à la définition de solutions pertinentes à forte valeur ajoutée.Vos principales responsabilités• Encadrer, accompagner et développer les compétences de l'équipe des Business Analysts.• Organiser et optimiser l'allocation des ressources en fonction des priorités et des besoins de l'entreprise.• Définir, harmoniser et faire évoluer les méthodologies, standards et bonnes pratiques de Business Analysis.• Garantir la qualité, la cohérence et la pertinence des analyses fonctionnelles produites.• Favoriser une collaboration efficace entre les Business Analysts, Product Owners, chefs de projet et équipes métiers.• Développer le partage de connaissances et promouvoir une culture d'amélioration continue au sein de l'équipe.• Encourager l'exploitation de la donnée et l'intégration des nouvelles technologies, notamment l'intelligence artificielle, dans les pratiques d'analyse.• Piloter des initiatives visant à faire évoluer le métier et à améliorer l'efficacité des processus de Business Analysis.• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Métiers, IT, Data et Transformation afin de soutenir les ambitions stratégiques du Groupe.Votre profilManager de proximité et expert(e) de la Business Analysis, vous savez fédérer une équipe, faire progresser les pratiques et instaurer une dynamique d'amélioration continue. Vous êtes capable de remettre en question les approches existantes de manière constructive, de créer des synergies entre les équipes et de positionner la Business Analysis comme un véritable levier de performance et de qualité pour l'entreprise.• Expérience significative en Business Analysis et en analyse fonctionnelle.• Première expérience réussie en management d'équipe ou en animation fonctionnelle.• Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de résolution de problèmes.• Maîtrise des techniques de collecte, d'analyse et de formalisation des besoins.• Bonne connaissance des environnements agiles et orientés produits.• Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement transversal et à coordonner des interlocuteurs variés.• Excellentes compétences relationnelles, de communication et de facilitation.• Esprit collaboratif, curiosité intellectuelle et aptitude à accompagner le changement.• Une expérience dans le secteur de l'assurance constitue un atout apprécié.Notre offre :En rejoignant notre Groupe, vous bénéficierez, entre autres, des avantages suivants :• Un environnement de travail multiculturel, apprenant et innovant,• Un système d'horaire flexible,• Un restaurant d'entreprise à tarif préférentiel,• Une salle de sport avec coach,• Une conciergerie
