Responsable Affaires Réglementaires et Institutionnelles (M/F)Rattaché(e) au Directeur Juridique et Compliance Groupe, vous assurez le suivi et l'analyse des évolutions législatives, réglementaires et jurisprudentielles susceptibles d'impacter les activités du Groupe. Vous contribuez à la définition et à la mise en oeuvre des positions du Groupe dans le cadre des projets de loi, initiatives réglementaires et travaux des organisations professionnelles.Véritable interface entre les enjeux juridiques, stratégiques et institutionnels, vous accompagnez la Direction Générale dans l'anticipation des évolutions du cadre normatif et dans ses relations avec les autorités, régulateurs et parties prenantes externes.Vos principales responsabilités :Veille juridique et réglementaire• Assurer une veille proactive sur les évolutions législatives, réglementaires et jurisprudentielles au Luxembourg, au niveau européen et, le cas échéant, dans les autres juridictions d'intérêt pour le Groupe.• Identifier les impacts potentiels des nouvelles réglementations sur les activités, produits et projets du Groupe.• Produire des notes d'analyse, synthèses et alertes à destination de la Direction Générale et des différentes fonctions concernées.• Participer à l'élaboration de plans d'action visant à préparer le Groupe aux évolutions réglementaires à venir.• Collaborer avec les équipes Juridique et Compliance, et animer des groupes de travail internes, sur les sujets de veille juridique et réglementaires.Affaires publiques et représentation d'intérêts• Analyser les projets de loi, règlements, consultations publiques, positions des autorités de supervision et initiatives des institutions nationales et européennes.• Contribuer à la définition des positions du Groupe sur les sujets réglementaires stratégiques.• Développer et entretenir un réseau de contacts auprès des parties prenantes institutionnelles et professionnelles.Support à la Direction Générale• Préparer les dossiers stratégiques, notes de synthèse, éléments de langage et argumentaires pour les réunions, interventions et prises de parole du CEO et du Directeur Juridique et Compliance Groupe.• Assurer le suivi des dossiers réglementaires prioritaires pour le Groupe, en identifiant les risques, opportunités et enjeux stratégiques liés aux évolutions du cadre réglementaire.Votre profil• Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master 2 en droit ou économie.• 5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans une fonction juridique, réglementaire, institutionnelle ou de représentation d'intérêts.• Bonne connaissance du processus législatif luxembourgeois et européen.• Excellentes capacités d'analyse juridique et réglementaire,• Forte aptitude à synthétiser des sujets complexes à destination d'un public dirigeant.• Compréhension des enjeux économiques, stratégiques et politiques entourant les évolutions réglementaires.• Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles, avec un souci de rigueur.• Autonomie, curiosité intellectuelle et sens politique développé.• Français et anglais courants, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.Notre offre :Vous bénéficierez, entre autres, des avantages suivants :• Un environnement de travail multiculturel, apprenant et innovant.• Un système d'horaires flexible.• Un restaurant d'entreprise à tarif préférentiel.• Une salle de sport avec coach.• Une conciergerie.
