This position is responsible for the division's monthly management reporting, including P&L and other key business reports, and works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Accounting, and developers to identify system issues, translate business requirements into system changes, coordinate testing, and improve workflows — with a particular focus on leading the ongoing initiative to integrate the FGS Portal with Odoo. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized, able to independently understand both business processes and system functionality, coordinate effectively between business users and technical resources, and manage projects and drive initiatives from start to finish with minimal supervision.Success in this position means being a reliable, independent bridge between the business and technology teams — proactively identifying gaps or issues, recommending practical solutions to management, and serving as a key internal resource for Odoo, AS400, the FGS Portal, reporting, data flow, and system integration, helping the division reduce manual processes, improve data accuracy, and make better use of its business systems.   MAJOR AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY

Own and maintain documentation of system processes, requirements, workflows, and changes, and establish documentation standards.

Process Improvement & System Integration

Lead efforts with Sales, Supply Chain, Accounting, and other business functions to identify process improvement opportunities and independently translate them into clear system requirements, evaluating whether each is best addressed through existing functionality, configuration, a process change, or new development. Lead process mapping and workflow design efforts to drive continuous improvement of business processes and system functionality. Lead the FGS Portal/Odoo integration initiative by defining data flows and expected system behavior, and independently resolving inconsistencies between Odoo, the Portal, AS400, and other systems to maintain data integrity.

Own testing documentation and drive resolution of outstanding issues with developers. Lead user support through implementation of new functionality and process changes, including developing training materials and SOPs.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
