Engineering Manager / Team Leader \- Building Management Systems (BMS) 100 % (m/w/d) ====================================================================================

Wir bieten Ihnen ein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet ------------------------------------------------

  • Führungsverantwortung für ein Softwareentwicklungsteams (3 MA)
  • Verantwortung für die technische Umsetzung der Produkt\-Roadmap innerhalb des entsprechenden Portfolios
  • Koordination der verschiedenen Projekte innerhalb des Portfolios und der externen Abhängigkeiten
  • Sicherstellung der termingerechten Entwicklung neuer Funktionen
  • Steuerung der Entwicklungsaktivitäten über mehrere agilen Teams
  • Priorisierung technischer Schulden und Architekturverbesserungen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Softwarequalität
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Projektleitung für Themen im Bereich Vision Center
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Management, Head of Operation Software, CTO, Quality Assurance und dem Technical Helpdesk sowie mit den Tochtergesellschaften und externen Entwicklungspartnern

Das bringen Sie mit -------------------

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Software Engineering oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung / Softwarearchitektur und in der Leitung anspruchsvoller Projekte
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in komplexen Softwareplattformen, Cloud Technologien und moderner Softwarearchitektur
  • Gutes Know\-How in agilen Entwicklungsmethoden (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Erfahrung in KI\-unterstützter Entwicklung und in Building Management Systems von Vorteil
  • Entscheidungs\- und Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Strukturierte, belastbare und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
