Strategischer Einkäufer (m/w/d) für Metall\- und Kunststoffteile 100 %

Wir bieten Ihnen ein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenverantwortliche, kostenbewusste Steuerung des Materialportfolios zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Verfügbarkeit \- in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem operativen Einkauf, sowie den angrenzenden Abteilungen und dem Projekteinkauf
  • Optimierung und Pflege des bestehenden Lieferantenportfolios sowie Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger, partnerschaftlicher Beziehungen zu unseren Lieferanten
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Warengruppen\- und Lieferantenstrategien in Abstimmung mit der Einkaufsleitung und weiteren internen Schnittstellen
  • Durchführung fundierter Markt\-, Lieferanten\- und Warengruppenanalysen zur Identifikation von Chancen, Risiken und Potenzialen \- unter Anwendung des Total\-Cost\-of\-Ownership\-Ansatzes (TCO)
  • Planung und Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits sowie aktives Management von Qualitätsbeanstandungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen und Reportingpflichten (z. B. im Rahmen von Lieferkettengesetzen)

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Technische Grundausbildung (Polymechanik, Kontruktion, o.ä.)
  • Abgeschlossene höhere Fachausbildung im technischen / kaufmännischen Bereich (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Technische/r Kaufmann/Kauffrau) oder vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, vorzugsweiseweise in einem entwickelnden und produzierenden Umfeld mit Fokus auf Metall\- und Kunststoffkomponenten
  • Fundierte technische Kenntnisse sowie ein gutes Verständnis für industrielle Fertigungsprozesse
  • Pragmatische Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kooperationsfähigkeit und proaktiver, eigenverantwortlicher Herangehensweise
  • Zielorientiertheit, Entscheidungsfreude und Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein ausgesprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP\-Systemen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse
