Vi söker en engagerad, trygg och ansvarsfull personlig assistent till ett barn med autism. Som personlig assistent blir du en viktig del av barnets vardag och bidrar till att skapa trygghet, struktur och möjlighet till utveckling och delaktighet.Vad innebär den här tjänsten? Arbetet innebär att ge stöd i barnets vardag utifrån individuella behov och förutsättningar. Arbetsuppgifterna kan bland annat innebära att:

finnas som stöd i vardagliga aktiviteter och rutiner

skapa trygghet och tydlighet genom struktur och ett lugnt bemötande

följa med på aktiviteter, utflykter och andra sammanhang

stötta i kommunikation och socialt samspel

hjälpa till med personlig omvårdnad och andra praktiska moment vid behov

samarbeta med vårdnadshavare och andra personer runt barnet

bidra till en trygg, positiv och stimulerande miljö

Tjänsten är deltid och arbetstiderna är på kväll & natt med väntetid. Vem söker vi? Vi ser gärna att du är en lugn, lyhörd och tålmodig person som tycker om att arbeta med barn. Du behöver kunna anpassa ditt bemötande efter barnets behov och vara trygg även när situationer förändras. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av autism, personlig assistans, arbete med barn eller liknande, men det viktigaste är ditt engagemang, din ansvarskänsla och din vilja att lära dig.

Vi ser gärna att du:

har ett genuint intresse av att hjälpa andra.

kan förstå och göra dig förstådd på svenska.

kan arbeta flexibla arbetstider - kväll, natt och helg. V

har erfarenhet av autism eller arbete med barn. (Det är ett plus, men inget krav).

Övrig information Anställningsform: Så länge assistansuppdraget varar Omfattning: Deltid Arbetstider: Kväll och natt (med väntetid/jour) Tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse Vi tillämpar individuell lönesättning och har kollektivavtal. Intervjuer sker löpande och tjänsten kan komma att tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdag. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet. Inför en eventuell anställning ska du kunna påvisa att du är svensk medborgare, EU/EES medborgare eller har permanent uppehållstillstånd. Detta genom att uppvisa giltiga handlingar som styrker detta.
