Vi söker dig som är glad, omsorgsfull och empatisk och som vill göra verklig skillnad i ett barns liv. Nu har du möjlighet att arbeta som personlig assistent åt en 8-årig flicka som bor med sina föräldrar och syskon. Familjens hem ligger naturnära i Hylte kommun, utanför Hyltebruk mot Gislaved. Du behöver ha B-körkort och tillgång till bil för att ta dig till arbetsplatsen. Det finns även hund och katt i hemmet. Om tjänsten Som personlig assistent blir du en viktig del i flickans vardag. Du stöttar henne i sådant som många tar för givet, som personlig hygien, på- och avklädning, förflyttningar och måltider. Hon äter delvis via sond (PEG), vilket innebär att du behöver känna dig trygg med att hantera detta enligt givna instruktioner. Flickan kommunicerar genom ögon, signaler och olika uttryck. För att kunna förstå henne och uppmärksamma hennes behov krävs att du har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och är närvarande, lyhörd och uppmärksam. Flickan har epilepsi, diabetes och använder andningshjälpmedel. Det är därför viktigt att du är trygg i situationer där epileptiska anfall kan uppstå och att du är uppmärksam på förändringar i hennes mående. I arbetet ingår även att hantera hennes diabetesvård, såsom blodsockermätning, insulingivning och att följa kostrekommendationer Arbetspassen är förlagda dag, kväll och helg. Större delen av dygnet är det dubbelassistans. Det finns viss möjlighet att anpassa schemat om du kombinerar tjänsten med annat arbete.

Vi söker dig som:

Har flera års erfarenhet av arbete inom vård och omsorg

Har kunskap om och erfarenhet av epilepsi och diabetes

Är lyhörd, inkännande och ansvarstagande

Kan ta egna initiativ och arbeta självständigt

Är rökfri

Har B-körkort och tillgång till bil

Tål pälsdjur

Har mycket goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift

Övrig information Anställningsform: Så länge assistansuppdraget varar Omfattning: Deltid Arbetstider: kl. 7-16, kl. 7-20 eller kl. 16-21 Tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse, gärna snarast möjligt. Vi tillämpar individuell lönesättning och har kollektivavtal. Intervjuer sker löpande och tjänsten kan komma att tillsättas innan sista ansökningsdag. Stor vikt kommer att läggas vid personlig lämplighet.
