Vaga: Analista de Departamento Pessoal

Buscamos um profissional para atuar na área de Departamento Pessoal, responsável pela administração dos processos relacionados à folha de pagamento, admissões, rescisões, benefícios, controle de ponto e demais rotinas do setor, garantindo o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista e dos procedimentos internos da empresa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar processos de admissão e demissão de colaboradores;
  • Administrar e acompanhar a folha de pagamento, incluindo horas extras, descontos e benefícios;
  • Realizar lançamentos e atualizações em sistemas ERP;
  • Acompanhar o controle de ponto, atestados, férias e alterações salariais;
  • Organizar documentos e garantir a conformidade com a legislação trabalhista e a LGPD;
  • Acompanhar exames admissionais e periódicos junto à clínica de saúde ocupacional;
  • Realizar lançamentos e conferências de informações para pagamentos;
  • Prestar atendimento aos colaboradores e esclarecer dúvidas relacionadas ao Departamento Pessoal;
  • Elaborar relatórios e acompanhar indicadores da área;
  • Apoiar os processos e as demandas gerais do setor.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência com rotinas de Departamento Pessoal;
  • Conhecimento em folha de pagamento, admissões, rescisões, férias e controle de ponto;
  • Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária;
  • Familiaridade com sistemas ERP e pacote Office, especialmente Excel;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes, proatividade e boa comunicação.
  • Salário: combinar, com valor inicial estimado a partir de R$ 3.000,00, conforme experiência e nível de atuação (Pleno ou Sênior).

Jornada de trabalho:

De segunda a sexta-feira, das 8h às 18h, com 1h12 de intervalo.
