Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar atendimento ao cliente com cordialidade, atenção e hospitalidade.
  • Efetuar vendas consultivas, identificando as preferências dos clientes e oferecendo produtos, acompanhamentos e adicionais.
  • Contribuir para o alcance das metas de vendas e satisfação dos clientes.
  • Preparar bebidas conforme receitas e padrões da franquia.
  • Registrar pedidos e operar o caixa.
  • Manter a organização, limpeza e reposição dos produtos e do ambiente de trabalho.
  • Cumprir procedimentos operacionais, checklists e padrões de higiene, segurança e atendimento.

Requisitos:

  • Boa comunicação e habilidade para atendimento ao público.
  • Responsabilidade, organização e comprometimento.
  • Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e disposição para aprender.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar no período da tarde/noite, incluindo finais de semana e feriados, conforme escala.

Benefícios

  • Salário inicial de R$ 2.085,00, passando para R$ 2.215,00 após 90 dias.

Jornada e contratação

  • Contratação CLT.
  • Jornada de 37 horas semanais, com pagamento do piso integral da categoria correspondente a 44 horas.
  • Intervalos de 15 minutos remunerados.
  • Uma folga semanal e um domingo livre por mês, mantendo a folga semanal nessa semana, com redução da jornada.
  • Feriados trabalhados com adicional de 100%, conforme convenção coletiva.

Horários

  • Segunda a sexta-feira: das 16h às 22h, conforme escala, com 15 minutos de intervalo remunerado.
  • Sábados: das 14h às 22h, com 1 hora de intervalo.
  • Domingos e feriados: das 14h às 20h, com 15 minutos de intervalo remunerado.
  • Folga 1 domingo por mês e 1 folga fixa na semana.
