Buscamos um(a) profissional com sólida experiência em operações laboratoriais, gestão de pessoas e garantia da qualidade dos processos analíticos. A posição exige capacidade de liderança, visão técnica, análise de indicadores e atuação orientada à melhoria contínua.

É indispensável possuir experiência prévia em laboratório, vivência consistente em gestão de equipes e domínio do inglês para participação frequente em reuniões e projetos com equipes internacionais, especialmente da Itália e da Índia.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Gerenciar as atividades do laboratório, promovendo eficiência operacional, qualidade e confiabilidade dos resultados.
  • Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe, estimulando o desempenho e o aprimoramento técnico dos profissionais.
  • Garantir a qualidade das análises realizadas e dos resultados reportados.
  • Conduzir investigações de divergências analíticas, identificando causas e direcionando ações corretivas.
  • Assegurar a rastreabilidade dos produtos e das análises laboratoriais.
  • Monitorar indicadores, dados e tendências para subsidiar decisões e melhorias nos processos.
  • Participar de reuniões e projetos internacionais, realizando alinhamentos técnicos em inglês.
  • Atuar na preparação e no acompanhamento de auditorias e na conformidade dos processos laboratoriais.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Ensino superior completo em Química, Engenharia Química ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em gestão de laboratório.
  • Experiência comprovada em liderança, gestão e desenvolvimento de pessoas.
  • Conhecimento em equipamentos de análises laboratoriais, como HPLC, GC e similares.
  • Conhecimento em metodologias analíticas.
  • Experiência com gestão de dados, indicadores de desempenho e análise de tendências.
  • Inglês avançado ou fluente, com capacidade de comunicação em reuniões e discussões técnicas.

*Importante:* experiência em laboratório, liderança e inglês são requisitos indispensáveis para esta posição.
