✨ Venha inovar conosco e fazer parte de um time que preza por agilidade, diversidade e excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na gestão e acompanhamento de carteira de processos envolvendo obrigações de fazer;Analisar decisões judiciais, liminares e determinações relacionadas às obrigações impostas à empresa;Realizar solicitações de subsídios às áreas operacionais e acompanhar os retornos;Monitorar o cumprimento das obrigações judiciais, identificando possíveis pendências e riscos de descumprimento;Elaborar e protocolar petições relacionadas às obrigações de fazer, incluindo manifestações, justificativas, pedidos de dilação de prazo e esclarecimentos ao Juízo;Acompanhar prazos processuais e judiciais, garantindo o cumprimento das determinações;Atuar na gestão de multas e penalidades decorrentes de alegados descumprimentos de obrigações;Realizar tratativas com áreas internas para viabilizar o cumprimento das determinações judiciais;Acompanhar ordens de serviço e providências operacionais relacionadas às demandas judiciais;Elaborar relatórios de acompanhamento e atualização da carteira;Identificar situações críticas e atuar preventivamente para evitar a aplicação ou o agravamento de penalidades;Manter os sistemas de gestão processual atualizados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Direito e registro ativo na OAB.Excelente redação jurídica e capacidade de argumentação.Conhecimento em ferramentas jurídicas.Proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe.Experiência em escritório massificado.Ótima organização.
