Pour renforcer notre équipe en Suisse romande, nous recherchons un :

Assistant\-e administration des ventes 60 % ===========================================

Votre mission :

Vous soutenez les équipes commerciales et techniques de nos trois agences, notamment celle de Hendschiken, et assurez la coordination administrative entre les clients, l’exploitation et la direction financière.

  • Gestion des téléphones et des courriels et accueil des clients
  • Gestion des contrats et avenants
  • Support aux équipes commerciales et techniques
  • Préparation et suivi des dossiers administratifs, mise à jour des données clients
  • Facturation et suivi administratif
  • Participation active à l’optimisation des processus internes, en lien avec les équipes IT

Votre profil :

  • Expérience confirmée dans le secrétariat, l’administration ou l’administration des ventes
  • Excellent sens de l’organisation, rigueur, autonomie et bonne gestion des priorités
  • Aisance relationnelle, sens du service client et esprit d’équipe
  • Très bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et aisance dans l’utilisation de différents systèmes (MS Office, Salesforce, ERP, etc.)
  • Suisse\-allemand de langue maternelle et bon niveau de français
