Kantina er et viktig samlingspunkt for oss. Her møtes kolleger på tvers av avdelinger, og som kantinemedarbeider er du med på å skape et godt arbeidsmiljø for våre 20 medarbeidere i Bø.

Om stillingen

Som kantinemedarbeider hos oss får du ansvaret for den daglige kantinedriften. Du blir viktig for trivselen på huset, der du planlegger meny, tilbereder mat og sørger for at fellesarealene våre er innbydende og ryddige.

Stillingen er en fast 50 % stilling med arbeidstid mandag til fredag fra kl. 09.00 til 13.00.

I denne stillingen vil du:

  • Planlegge, tilberede og servere lunsj og pausemat
  • Håndtere innkjøp og økonomistyring for kantinen
  • Følge opp internkontroll for mattrygghet (IK-mat), inkludert rutiner, registreringer og dokumentasjon
  • Ha ansvar for renhold og orden i kantina og tilhørende kjøkken- og spiseområder
  • Bidra til et trivelig, rent og representativt kontormiljø
  • Sporadisk bistå med servering og tilrettelegging ved arrangementer

Vi ser etter deg med interesse for god mat og som trives i en selvstendig rolle der du styrer din egen arbeidsdag, samtidig som du er imøtekommende og setter pris på en prat over lunsjbordet.

Vi ønsker at du:

  • Har relevant fagbrev, for eksempel i kokkfaget. Lang og relevant erfaring kan kompensere for manglende fagbrev
  • Kjenner til regelverk og rutiner for mattrygghet og hygiene
  • Er serviceorientert og liker å legge til rette for andre
  • Er nøyaktig og strukturert, og tar ansvar for at ting blir gjort riktig
