Principais responsabilidades

Quais serão as suas principais responsabilidades?

  • Obter informações sobre o plano de produção diário e demandas originadas do turno anterior;
  • Verificar as especificações do padrão definido para o produto a ser manufaturado;
  • Executar a montagem de produtos segundo padrão definido.
  • Assegurar que os componentes a serem montados façam parte da real estrutura do produto em processo de produção, face à grande padronização de itens utilizados em diferentes tipos de bombas e motobombas;
  • Embalagens de produtos em caixas de madeira ou em papelão de acordo com o conceito One Piece Flow (uma peça de cada vez), segundo especificação definida;
  • Efetuar controle de informações dos itens embalados conforme critério de qualidade, evitando erros de embalagens trocadas, motores trocados, tensões trocadas, etiquetas trocadas;
  • Executar outras atividades correlatas ao cargo, com impactos na produtividade e nos resultados, em atendimento a solicitação superior.
