· Track capital expenditure programs and value-enhancement initiatives across the portfolio.

· Support refinancing, recapitalization, and disposition activities, including preparation of diligence materials and coordination with internal and external partners.

· Maintain accurate asset-level data, documentation, and reporting records.

· Understanding of property-level financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and investment performance metrics.

· Experience with Excel-based financial analysis; proficiency in PowerPoint and portfolio reporting tools preferred.

· Interest in real estate investment and operations, with exposure to senior housing, healthcare real estate, multifamily, hospitality, or related sectors considered a plus.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize financial and operational information into concise, actionable insights.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.

· High degree of integrity, accountability, professionalism, and sound judgment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
