Ihre Aufgaben

  • Vermietung und Verwaltung unserer Objekte (Einsatzgebiet unterschiedlich möglich)
  • Objektbetreuung von der Erstellung der Mietverträge und Übergabeprotokolle bis zur Koordination der Mängel- und Wartungsfristen
  • Ansprechpartner für Eigentümer, Mieter, Geschäftspartner & Dienstleistungsunternehmen
  • Prüfung der angezeigten Mängel mit ggf. Veranlassung der Mängelbeseitigung
  • Angebotseinholung, Beauftragung und kaufmännische Abwicklung
  • Pflege der Mieterdaten, Kündigungsfristen, Indexierungen & Fixtermine
  • Kostencontrolling, Erstellen von regelmäßigen Reports

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Immobilienkauffrau/-mann oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Immobilienverwaltung
  • Quereinsteiger mit entsprechenden immobilienwirtschaftlichen Vorkenntnissen sind willkommen
  • Vorzugsweise Kenntnisse im Miet-/Vertragsrecht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen (Word, Excel)
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität, eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
