The Role: Casual Sales Assistant

This is fashion retail at full pace. As a Casual Sales Assistant at USC, you're part stylist, part trend spotter, part hype-builder, helping customers land the look they came in for and the one they didn't know they wanted. What You'll Do

  • Deliver outstanding, personalised service to every customer.
  • Offer expert style advice and product recommendations that land.
  • Create a memorable shopping experience that brings customers back.
  • Keep shop floor standards sharp and visual displays on point.
  • Support stock replenishment and keep the store trade-ready.
  • Work with your team to drive performance and hit targets together.
