Opis poslova:

  • Koordiniranje i vođenje tima od 5 do 7 osoba (operateri i radnici na liniji), organiziranje smjena, aktivnosti i prioriteta
  • Ostvarenje dnevnih i tjednih proizvodnih ciljeva, uz praćenje učinkovitosti i pokazatelja odjela
  • Smanjenje škarta analizom uzroka te definiranjem korektivnih mjera i kontinuiranih poboljšanja
  • Suradnja s održavanjem u planiranju intervencija, smanjenju zastoja strojeva i promicanju preventivnog održavanja
  • Svakodnevna komunikacija sa voditeljima planiranja i logistikom radi usklađivanja proizvodnih planova, nabave materijala i otpreme
  • Osiguravanje kontinuiteta proizvodnje, standarda kvalitete i propisa o sigurnosti
  • Edukacija i razvoj suradnika, upravljanje izostancima, kompetencijama i radnom atmosferom u odjelu
  • praćenje vremenskih rokova narudžbi
  • praćenje količina komponenti potrebnih za proizvodnju
  • kontrola kvalitete materijala i finalnih proizvoda
  • rješavanje problema s reklamacijama

Uloga

Odgovarat će voditelju pogona i bit će odgovoran/na za rad linija za kompresijsko prešanje gume, s ciljem ostvarenja proizvodnih ciljeva uz poštivanje kvalitete, sigurnosti i troškova.

Zahtjevi

  • Poznavanje procesa prešanja gume i pripadajuće opreme
  • Iskustvo u izravnom vođenju ljudi
  • Sposobnost čitanja i analize proizvodnih pokazatelja i pokazatelja škarta
  • Tehnička srednja škola (strojarska, kemijska) poželjna
