Are you a passionate chef looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a skilled and motivated chef to join our team at Frede & Vester's, a popular café located in Frederiksberg.

About Us: At Frede & Vester's, we take pride in offering high-quality, fresh, and delicious meals in a friendly atmosphere. Our menu focuses on healthy food, pastries, fresh baked bread, great coffee and more, creating an unique experience for our guests. A big part of the café is to contribute to a greater society through a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, where different local and global campaigns are initiated

Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook our all-day menu, focussing on breakfast, brunch and lunch
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste meet our standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
  • Manage kitchen stock and order supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new menu ideas
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Support bar staff by serving, operating the till etc.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in working as a chef or cook, preferably in a café or restaurant
  • Passionate about cooking and creating delicious dishes
  • Organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Have a winner mentality and understanding the important of growth
