Als verpleegkundige combineer je verpleegkundige expertise met warme, persoonsgerichte zorg voor ouderen, ook voor bewoners met dementie. Je draagt mee verantwoordelijkheid voor het zorgtraject van bewoners en zorgt voor een kwaliteitsvolle opvolging binnen het woonzorgcentrum en de assistentiewoningen. Dankzij jouw professionele kennis en betrokkenheid bied je bewoners de zorg en ondersteuning die ze nodig hebben. Bij Frederickxhof werk je in een hecht team waar samenwerking, respect en betrokkenheid centraal staan. Je krijgt de kans om bewoners echt te leren kennen en een vertrouwensband op te bouwen met hen en hun familie. Door de combinatie van wonen, zorg en assistentiewoningen draag je bij aan een brede en continue zorgverlening waarin persoonlijke aandacht centraal staat.

Jouw rol bestaat onder andere uit

  • uitvoeren van verpleegkundige handelingen volgens de geldende richtlijnen;
  • opvolgen en actualiseren van zorgplannen en bewonersdossiers;
  • observeren en rapporteren van veranderingen in gezondheid en welzijn;
  • fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, familie en artsen;
  • ondersteunen van zorgkundigen in hun dagelijkse werking.

Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar bewonersgerichte zorg, samenwerking en respect centraal staan. Met jouw empathische houding, communicatieve vaardigheden en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel weet je bewoners, familieleden en collega's op een professionele en warme manier te ondersteunen. Zo draag je dagelijks bij aan kwaliteitsvolle zorg en een aangename leefomgeving.

Verder vragen wij

  • een professionele bachelor verpleegkunde, basisverpleegkunde of HBO5-verpleegkunde met geldig visum;
  • affiniteit met bewoners met dementie of cognitieve problematiek;
  • ervaring in de ouderenzorg is een pluspunt;
  • een goede kennis van het Nederlands;
  • zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken.
