Stillingen er primært tilknyttet Ålbæk Levebo.

Velkommen til Ålbæk Levebo Ålbæk Levebo er et hyggeligt og overskueligt botilbud med 8 lejligheder og lyse, indbydende rammer. Her bliver du en del af et engageret team på cirka 10 kolleger, som hver dag arbejder for at skabe de bedst mulige rammer for et godt og værdigt liv for vores beboere.

Hos os:

  • Arbejder vi ud fra en rehabiliterende tilgang med fokus på at støtte beboerne i at bevare størst mulig selvstændighed.
  • Vægter vi tværfagligt samarbejde højt, blandt andet med deltagelse af centersygeplejerske i triage to gange ugentligt.
  • Arbejder vi løbende med kompetenceudvikling gennem både intern og ekstern undervisning.
  • Prioriterer vi aktiviteter og fællesskab højt i samarbejde med beboere, pårørende og frivillige i lokalsamfundet.
