What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process
- Build relationships and identify customer transportation needs
- Recommend vehicles based on customer preferences, lifestyle, and budget
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and benefits
- Work internet leads, inbound calls, and showroom traffic professionally
- Utilize social media and technology to market vehicles and generate business
- Follow up with customers using CRM tools and dealership systems
- Deliver excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets

Qualifications
- Sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, and text
- Basic technology and computer skills

- Clean driving record required
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment screening
