Citrix end Level Supporter:in 100% (a) \[2816\]

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der internen Mitarbeitenden im Citrix\-Umfeld
  • Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im Citrix\-Umfeld und bei Applikationen
  • Bearbeitung und Lösung von Support\-Tickets sowie Durchführung von Remote\-Support
  • Mitarbeit bei der Migration bestehender Applikationen und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT\-Bereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im 2nd\-Level\-Support, idealerweise im Citrix\-Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Citrix\-Systemen und Windows\-Betriebssystemen
  • Erfahrung im Applikationssupport sowie idealerweise bei der Migration von Applikationen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
