IT Onsite Supporter (a) 60% \[Ref:2817\] ========================================

Ihre Aufgaben * Provide on\-site end\-user support via the Service Desk and walk\-in support kiosk * Support Microsoft workplace environments, including Windows, Microsoft 365 and end\-user devices * Manage and support mobile devices within an MDM environment * Perform IMAC activities, including installations, moves, additions, changes and hardware repairs * Provide dedicated VIP support for office staff and senior management * Coordinate dispatch activities and external service providers supporting retail stores and Point\-of\-Sale (POS) systems

Ihr Profil * Fluent French and English are mandatory; is an advantage * Strong customer and service orientation with a professional manner * Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple support activities * Willingness to work onsite in Geneva and occasionally at other locations * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work overtime when required
