HR\-Manager 80\-100% (a), Zürich

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Verantwortung für die operative und administrative Umsetzung des gesamten HR\-Lifecycles vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt
  • Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Lohnverarbeitung und \-zahlung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem externen Payroll Provider
  • Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei der Rekrutierung von Fach\- und Führungskräften inklusive Begleitung des gesamten Auswahlprozesses
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher und regulatorischer Vorgaben
  • Stellvertretung der HR Leitung im gesamten HR Tagesgeschäft sowie Mitarbeit und Leitung verschiedener HR Projekte
  • Übernahme und Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Prozesse sowie der weiteren Digitalisierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Anspruchsgruppen

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und Weiterbildung zur HR\-Fachperson zwingend
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im gesamten HR\-Lifecycle und mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen HR
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Arbeits\- und Sozialversicherungsrechts
  • Selbständige, strukturierte, lösungsorientierte sowie zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungs\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Freude am Austausch mit Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
  • Versierte MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse, digital affin sowie Freude am Umgang mit modernen IT\-Tools
