  • Als Projektleitung übernehmen Sie eigenverantwortlich die Leitung von innovativen Wohnbauprojekten in Freiburg und Umgebung.
  • Daneben nehmen Sie die Bauherrenvertretung im Bereich Neubau und Modernisierung wahr.
  • Sie achten auf effiziente Prozessabläufe und tragen die Verantwortung für die zuverlässige Einhaltung sämtlicher Projektziele hinsichtlich Kosten, Terminen und Qualität.
  • Sie sorgen dafür, dass die gesetzlichen, behördlichen und firmeninternen Richtlinien und Vorgaben bei der Projektdurchführung durchgesetzt und eingehalten werden.
  • Sie beauftragen und steuern externe Dienstleister wie z. B. Architekten, Ingenieure oder Gutachter und sind während des jeweiligen Projekts deren Ansprechperson.
  • Sie beteiligen sich an der Bearbeitung von projektübergreifenden Sonderaufgaben, z.B. im Bereich Standardisierung.

Damit begeistern Sie uns

  • Für diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabenstellung verfügen Sie über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Durch Ihre Berufserfahrung haben Sie fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement, im öffentlichen und privaten Baurecht sowie in der Anwendung von HOAI und VOB.
  • Sie bringen umfassende praktische Erfahrung in sämtlichen HOAI-Leistungsphasen mit.
  • Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich durch analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit aus.
  • Als Organisationstalent meistern Sie auch komplexe Sachverhalte sicher, kompetent und selbständig.
  • Eine digitale Affinität und grundsätzliche Offenheit gegenüber modernen Projektmanagement-Tools und -Methoden runden Ihr Profil ab.
  • Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrung mit Holzbau und anderen emissionsarmen Bauweisen.
