Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung der Firewall und Netzwerkumgebung unserer Kunden
  • Sicherstellung einer performanten und stabilen Netzwerkinfrastruktur
  • Planung, Installation, Administration und Pflege von Firewall- und Netzwerkinfrastrukturlösungen
  • Sicherstellen der Verfügbarkeit und Performance eines globalen Netzwerksystems inklusive Firewall Systeme im LAN- und WAN-Bereich
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Security Richtlinien für den Netzwerkbereich sowie die Konfiguration und Administration der Netzwerkkomponenten (Switche, Router, FW, Proxies, etc.)
  • 2nd-Level-Support bei Netzwerkproblemen
  • Optimierung, Fehleranalyse, Performancetuning und Monitoring der Netzwerkumgebung

Dein Profil

  • Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d), ein Studium im Bereich IT oder gleichwertige, in der Praxis erworbene vertiefte Kenntnisse.
  • Du bringst fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen Netzwerkinfrastruktur und Firewalls mit.
  • Du denkst kunden- und serviceorientiert und verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Motivation, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft.
  • Du besitzt eine überdurchschnittliche Lösungskompetenz und ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis.
  • Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung gesammelt.
  • Kenntnisse der IT-Prozesse nach ITIL sehen wir als Vorteil, setzen diese jedoch nicht voraus.
  • Du begeisterst Dich für Informationstechnologien und den damit einhergehenden neuesten Entwicklungen.
  • Du hast Spaß daran, Dein Wissen mit anderen zu teilen.
