De rol Als Mechatronica Monteur bij Frencken monteer, stel af en test je zelfstandig complexe hightech modules die het hart vormen van machines die wereldwijd het verschil maken. Je werkt in een projectteam aan zowel first-of-series producten als aan terugkerende modules — en jouw vakmanschap is direct terug te zien in wat we opleveren.

Wat maak je mogelijk?

  • Je monteert, integreert en test zelfstandig complexe mechatronische modules en subsamenstellingen - in cleanroom- en niet-cleanroomomgevingen
  • Je signaleert technische knelpunten tijdens de assemblage en lost ze op, samen met engineering en de klant
  • Je draagt slimmere assemblagemethoden aan en verbetert werkinstructies en productieprocessen
  • Je borgt kwaliteit via controles en kruiscontroles, tot elk product volledig aan specificatie voldoet
  • Bij NPI-trajecten bepaal je samen met engineering de juiste assemblagemethode en valideer je ontwerpkeuzes
  • Je vertegenwoordigt de productie richting de klant, samen met de Production Engineer
  • Je draagt kennis over en groeit - bij voldoende ervaring - door in een trainersrol voor collega's
  • Je werkt volgens cleanroom- en bedrijfsvoorschriften en houdt je werkplek veilig en netjes

Wat neem je mee?

  • Afgeronde technische opleiding (MBO 3/4 Mechatronica of HBO Mechatronica / Werktuigbouwkunde) óf 1–3 jaar ervaring in fijnmechanische montage
  • Hands-on kennis van mechatronica, mechanica, elektronica, lijmen, pneumatiek en het afstellen van apparaten
  • Analytisch inzicht en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Proactief, flexibel en kwaliteitsgericht — en rustig onder tijdsdruk
  • Een oprechte passie voor techniek: je wílt begrijpen hoe iets werkt

Mooi meegenomen

  • Ervaring met vacuümtechniek (een grote pré)
  • Cleanroomervaring of werk in gereguleerde omgevingen
