Als Quality Control Engineer speel je een cruciale rol binnen onze moderne meetkamer. Je controleert producten tijdens én na het productieproces volgens vaste procedures. Dankzij jouw inzicht in complexe fijnmechanische producten en het verspanende productieproces weet jij precies welke meetmethode het meest geschikt is en welke meetinstrumenten je daarvoor inzet.

Je registreert meetresultaten zorgvuldig en beoordeelt aan de hand van toleranties of een product aan alle kwaliteitsnormen voldoet. Daarnaast houd jij je bezig met:

  • Het uitvoeren van nauwkeurige maatvoeringsmetingen
  • Visuele inspectie van producten
  • Beoordeling van oppervlaktebehandelingen, ruwheidsmetingen en het instellen van meetgereedschappen
  • In overleg met werkvoorbereiding bepalen van aanpak en meetstrategie
  • Het ontwikkelen van CMM‑meetprogramma’s
  • Afhandeling van interne en externe kwaliteitsmeldingen
  • Onderhoud, ijking en kalibratie van meetinstrumenten

Ben jij onze nieuwe QC Engineer?

Jij bent accuraat, zorgvuldig en hebt een natuurlijke drive voor kwaliteit. Verder neem je mee:

  • Een afgeronde MBO‑opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde of andere technische richting, aangevuld met cursussen meettechniek
  • Enkele jaren ervaring met kwaliteitscontrole van fijnmechanische onderdelen
  • Ervaring met het programmeren van meetprogramma’s
  • Kennis van fijnmechanische verspaning en inzicht in productieprocessen
  • Uitstekend tekeninglezen en kennis van vorm- en plaatstoleranties
  • Goede beheersing van Windows en Excel
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is vereist

Precision | Complex Products | High‑Tech Machining

As a Quality Control Engineer, you will play a key role in our state‑of‑the‑art measurement department. You inspect products during and after production, following established procedures. With your strong understanding of complex precision‑mechanical products and machining processes, you confidently determine the most suitable measurement method and select the right instruments to execute it.

You accurately record measurement results and assess product quality based on defined tolerances. Your responsibilities include:

  • Performing precise dimensional measurements
  • Conducting visual inspections
  • Assessing surface treatments, performing roughness measurements, and setting up measuring tools
  • Determining measurement strategy together with work preparation
  • Creating CMM measurement programs
  • Supporting the resolution of internal and external (supplier) quality notifications
  • Ensuring proper maintenance, calibration, and verification of measurement instruments

Are you our new QC Engineer?

You are motivated, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering quality. You also bring:

  • Completed vocational education (MBO level) in Mechanical Engineering or another technical field, plus courses in measurement technology
  • Several years of experience in quality inspection of precision‑machined components
  • Experience in creating measurement programs
  • Strong understanding of precision machining processes
  • Excellent drawing‑reading skills and knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Solid knowledge of Windows and Excel
  • Strong communication skills; proficiency in Dutch is required
