Une expérienc confirmée de 3 à 5 ans en management d'équipes de production ####

Industrie Agro-alimentaire: produits frais, plats préparés, boulangerie industrielle, transformation alimentaire, produits laitiers, viande, etc

Apprentissage professionnel achevé (CFC) ####

Formation professionnelle (CFC) dans le domaine alimentaire, technique ou équivalent, complétée idéalement par une formation supérieure (Brevet fédéral, Technicien ES)

Français (Très bonne maîtrise) ####

Allemand (Notions de base) ####

Obligatoire

Expérience confirmée dans le management d'équipes deproduction, idéalement dans l'industrie alimentaire ou unenvironnement industriel.

Obligatoire

Capacité à travailler dans des environnements réfrigérés,savoir piloter une production à l'aide d'indicateursde performance et à conduire des démarchesd'amélioration continue.

Obligatoire

Excellentes qualités relationnelles et de communication àtous les niveaux hiérarchiques, autonomie, rigueur, capablede gérer les priorités et de prendre des décisionsdans un environnement dynamique.

Souhaité

Bonne connaissance des normes d'hygiène, de qualité, desécurité alimentaire et de sécurité au travail.

Obligatoire
