Als Teamleiter\*in Produktion Packerei suchen wir eine verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit mit Organisationstalent, technischem Flair und idealerweise Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelbranche oder Verpackung. Gemeinsam bringen wir Genuss auf den Tisch \- und deine Karriere aufs nächste Level.

Was du bewegst

  • Verantwortlich für das Verpacken von Backwaren bzw. den Lieblingsprodukten
  • Führung, Planung und Mitarbeiterentwicklung von rund 25 Mitarbeitenden pro Schicht
  • Fachliche und technische Unterstützung der Anlagenführer
  • Sicherstellung der Qualitäts\-, Hygiene\- und Arbeitssicherheitsvorschriften
  • Verantwortlich für teamübergreifende Kommunikation, administrative Aufgaben und Prozessoptimierung

Was du mitbringst

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ)
  • Fachrichtung: in der Lebensmittelbranche
  • Berufserfahrung: 1 \- 3 Jahre Führungserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Ausbildung oder zumindest langjährige Erfahrung in der Lebensmittelbranche oder mit Verpackungsanlagen
  • Arbeitszeiten sind Montag \- . Arbeitszeiten von 04\.00 \- 13\.00 und 12\.00 \- 20\.00
  • Technisches Flair: Sehr gutes praktisches und theoretisches Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse und Produktionsanlagen
  • Deutsch (A2\)
