Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand product requirements and user needs.

  • Manage and optimize design assets and components to ensure consistency and maintainability.
  • Modify and adapt pre-existing styles to ensure a cohesive design approach across multiple apps.
  • Design and implement reusable interaction patterns for source-linked findings, high-density review tables, long-running workflow status, approval checkpoints, document handling and downloadable work products.

Experience and Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience implementing responsive, accessible interfaces with HTML, TailwindCSS, and vanilla JavaScript.
  • Experience working with git, code review workflows, and CI/CD pipelines (ideally Azure DevOps).
  • Experience implementing UI within server-rendered web applications and template-based component systems, in addition to or instead of single-page-application frameworks.
  • Familiarity with hypermedia or server-driven UI frameworks, such as Datastar or HTMX, including reactive interfaces updated via server-sent events.
  • Familiarity with front-end testing and quality practices, including accessibility validation (WCAG) and cross-browser debugging.
  • Strong understanding of user interface design principles and the design process.
  • Ability to collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of software development principles and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in building reusable UI components and style guides, and adapting and standardizing an existing design language across multiple applications.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
