In der Rolle als Consultant übernimmst Du an unseren Standorten in Berlin, Hamburg oder deutschlandweit remote Aufgaben in der Projektumsetzung von HR System Implementierungen bei unseren Kunden oder begleitest diese interimistisch, z. B. als People Operations Manager oder People & Culture Manager.

Mit Deiner Arbeit bist Du eine wesentliche Stütze in unserer Projektrealisierung und hilfst dabei, den Qualitätsanspruch unserer Beratung sicherzustellen. Durch fundierte Analysen, Best-Practice-Ansätze und pragmatische Maßnahmen, die Du umsetzt, begeisterst Du unsere Kunden und förderst so unser Wachstum.

DEINE ROLLE BEI UNS

  • Projektdurchführung & Prozessdigitalisierung: Übernahme von Beratungsprojekten zu Fragestellungen im Bereich HR Tooling und People Operations sowie Prozessdigitalisierung und -Automatisierung für Start-ups, Scale-Ups und KMUs.
  • Implementierung von Best-in-Class HR-Tools: Implementierung von best-in-class HR-Tools (z.B. HRIS, ATS, L&D-, Feedback- oder Performance Management Systeme) zusammen mit oder für unsere Kunden.
  • PMO & Software-Rollouts: Unterstützung der Software-Implementierung in der Rolle des PMO sowie Begleitung bei weiteren HR-Beratungsprojekten (z.B. Performance Management und Prozessdigitalisierung).
  • Knowledge Sharing & Standards: Mitarbeit an unserer unternehmensinternen Wissensdatenbank zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Standards und Best Practices.
  • Perspektive für interne Führung: Bei entsprechendem Interesse und Drive hast du bei uns die Möglichkeit, dich nicht nur in Kundenprojekten, sondern auch intern als People Lead bei Friday/Poppins weiterzuentwickeln und eigenes Team-Lead-Know-how einzubringen.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Erfahrung: 5+ Jahre fundierte Praxiserfahrung im HR-Umfeld – mit Schwerpunkten in People Operations, HR Systems und PMO.
  • Ausbildung: Ein abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine Ausbildung ist ein Plus.
  • People Operations Expertise: Du bist sehr gut in allen People Operations Prozessen (vom Onboarding bis zum Offboarding).
  • Tool- & Automatisierungs-Know-how: Du kennst Dich sehr gut mit verschiedensten HR-Tools (z.B. HRIS, ATS, L&D-, Feedback- oder Performance Management Systeme), der Implementierung und Administration dieser Tools und der Verbesserung und Automatisierung der Prozesse in den Tools aus. Du hast gute Kenntnisse der Prozess-Vereinfachung, -Digitalisierung und -Automatisierung im People-(Operations-)Bereich.
  • Breite HR-Perspektive: Du hattest schon Berührungspunkte mit anderen HR-Aufgabengebieten (v.a. Business Partnering oder Performance Management).
  • Analyse- & Kommunikations-Skills: Du hast gute Fähigkeiten in der Problemanalyse sowie der Aufbereitung, Visualisierung und Präsentation von Lösungsmöglichkeiten.
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und Englisch fließend (ca. B2).
