Wir suchen Sie an unserem Firmensitz in Bochum in Vollzeit als AI Solutions Engineer – Prozessintegration, KI & Digitalisierung, Handelsunternehmen (m/w/d).

  • In Ihrer wichtigen Rolle identifizieren Sie Geschäftsprozesse, die mit dem Einsatz von KI verbessert werden können.
  • Darauf aufbauend entwickeln Sie passgenaue technische Lösungen und realisieren deren Einführung im Unternehmen.
  • Sie konzipieren und implementieren KI-Applikationen und -Plattformen, die unternehmensinterne Potenziale ausschöpfen und Abläufe auf ein höheres Niveau heben.
  • Außerdem erarbeiten Sie Priorisierungsvorschläge für Use Cases anhand von Machbarkeit und strategischer Relevanz: Die Kombination aus Einsatzfähigkeit und Innovation macht für Sie und uns den Unterschied.
  • Dafür arbeiten Sie vertrauensvoll mit Fachabteilungen, den Teams in der Softwareentwicklung und im Data Engineering zusammen, um größere technische Integrationsprojekte bestens voranzutreiben.

Ihre Kompetenzen & Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Software Engineering oder Wirtschaftsinformatik, alternativ eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in Prozessanalysen und der Umsetzung von Digitalisierungsprojekten, Know-how über KI-Technologien und LLMs – von der Implementierung bis zur effektiven, wertschöpfenden Anwendung in verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen
  • Praxis mit Automatisierungstools wie z. B. n8n und Make und Routine in der Softwareentwicklung – idealerweise mit Python oder Java
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse plus Kommunikationstalent, um technische Konzepte für Stakeholder aus anderen Fachgebieten greifbar zu machen
  • Lust auf Teamwork, eine proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken – kurzum: Hands-on-Mentalität
